A password will be provided on the day of your event.
All events need to pre-paid 1 month prior to the event date.
We accept BACS, Card payments or Cheque.
Our bars accept card payment only.
The following cancellation policy would be applicable if the customer cancels an Event:

More than 24 weeks; 10%
24 –12 weeks; 25%
12 – 4 weeks; 50%
Less than 4 weeks; 100%

Photography & video in our formal gardens needs to be pre-arranged, there may be an additional charge.
Drones are not permitted.
We are happy to cater for all dietary requirements – however we require notice two weeks prior to the event date
We do not offer dry hire
Catering is provided on-site, but a corkage fee can be arranged for beverages.
